The way I view it, if the company gets rid of a bad apple, surely that is a plus, and if he has scooped millions in personal capacity, then the company has the right to go after him and claim the "missing millions", also a plus. This is all speculation at this stage, I just viewed it as an opportunity,like many other like minded people, unfortunately there were no CFDs available on this share.
This one is not for me, as the long term nett profits of the generic medicine companies can only come under more pressure - unless you land a big government contract or bring out a "self" developed drug by yourself - which is just too expensive and risky. These companies (and they are getting more and more) make products from worldwide expired licenses of certain drugs by big pharmaceutical companies, Just too many "panado" brands out there for me. (Though their infrastructure always a nice asset.?)
