The SnP ended down only 3 points after being down as much as 20 points earlier. There's a rumor the Fed are cutting rates as soon as tomorrow (not sure about that). The dollar looks like it's going to take another beating soon. Watch the GBP/USD rate break above 2.0500 and take the GBP/JPY with it. Higher GBP/JPY = higher world markets.
