Fed's QE

Any opinions on what the results of the fed (finally) starting quantitative easing will be? I assume dollar starts to drop - it can't be a safe haven anymore because the fed will be working against it's value. Also, now a few countries are doing it, many will have to. Chinese might decide they don't want to buy US treasuries anymore? I'm just guessing here.
