Is the financial crisis over, financials lead rally. Surely the SA banks must be in for a bit of a run again?

I know the world is a global village but it seems the British banks are building defences to help insulate them and create a more secure trading enviroment amongst those based in the U.K.which can only be good for INV.OLD MUTUAL ect.
