I first thought it belongs to Frank Black after getting several brochures in the mail. Then I got one from "The Zurich Club" - Leon Kok. The next one was "the Ultimate Home Business Goldmine" - Nick Laight. I discovered that all these are linked with the following 2 addresses: P.O.Box 1315 Margate and Private Bag X16 Northriding. This started looking suspicious, but at least it was all 3 financially related and all 3 guys claiming to be financial gurus. The cherry one the cake was when I got the following from Fleet Street Publications: (also above 2 addresses in the brochure) "Argi-Vive III" - a magic triple action formula to boost up your sex life. If you buy a 3 month or more supply, you get this book free: 25 Great Sex Secrets Revealed ! My conclusion: If you can give financial advise, then you can as well sell Viagra ! (does anyone have the "story" behind Fleet Street Publications ?)

I subscribe to Red Hot Penny Shares, (part of the Fleet Street Group)which I can recomend as Fank Black does seem to do his homework. I have made enough out of his advice to pay the subscription for a very long time. That said I am not of the opinion that its the best time to be in Penny Shares.

http://www.fsp.co.za/ they sell everything (or is that anything?). The parent company is in the UK and they also have a US branch (if my memory is correct). They also do the money magazine.

FSP is a total gimic. If you only knew how Frank picked his shares. Don't you remember the whole uproar about FSp on moneyweb about 8 months ago. It was all linked to the way they market their products nd promise financial gain. The only reason one could have made money on RHPS was because there is a large base of subcribers and when he tips something that share goes up by about 10% on the first day alone - he probably gets in on the share before it and makes a huge killing.... The financial magazine you are referring to in Moneyweek, on the shelves in low quantities in CNA and exclusive books... The company in run on a shoe string and no strong financial analysis goes into tipping any of the shares....just vist their offices and you will see.

I have been a subscriber for 1.5years. Frank Black does his homework!!! I will give you a recent example. Take a look at Wescoal. The share price was 99c when he recommended a buy at the end of March and now more than a month later it is trading at 270c.

luck...everyone was punting this one.....one lucky pick does not mean anything....I repeat they are crooks...I am the publishing fussiness and they are crooks....one of the practices they employ is to ask for "subscriptions for their clients" who they claim are potential advertisers....they then resell these (years subscription is USD 1000) ....it happened to us...they usually don't give their name but our European agent tracked them down in London...dodgy dodgy dodgy

The whole market is full of gurus. And they are marketing there wonderful tips, but they want a one/two year subscription, because they know in a few months the market will have tanked and nobody would be buying shares again. FSP publish all sorts of newsletters. There was a set of newsletters called Tax break, Personal finance, etc. all with the same articles. I have had Zurich send me letters, but they will not give us tips for the local market, so it is useless to me. I looked seriously at RHPS from Frank Black, and like all of them, he has a list of 50 shares, and the marketing tells you of the few big tips that made it, and the others. But on the whole his tips are good, and like someone else says, when his tips come out they all rocket. I bet he buys a whole lot of his tips, then says buy this one, and he sells it to you at 10% in one day. What a business!!!

Don't know whether Frank Black has the necessary expertise - wasn't he the lead singer for the Pixies in the 80s?
