- Strange that this company has not posted a SENS announcement on these two damaging events. It's all over the newspapers, yet they fail to respond.

They, (or their lawyers) responded a while ago that they intended defending the accusations, but you're right - nothing since. A bit of reasurance would be appreciated. They're unlikely to admit defeat in a SENS announcement. !
