Maghreb Minerals purchased the shares issued to Honeywell in a deal that seems to have been predetermined. With Firebird being Maghreb's largest shareholder, they now controll about 85% of Sallies' shares. Why no mentioning of this? Now i hope some shareholder able to attend would be willing to throw a tantrum. Screaming unfair, unfair because after Firebird's offer they were quoted in the press, "We couldn't squeeze the minority out." Firebird also mentioned there intend to delist should they aquire more than 90% of Sallies' shares. Another issue like this one could easily enable them to do so. It's in the interest of independent shareholders to be able to share in any further issue of shares, thus it would be fair to insist that Firebird & Maghreb abstain from voting on resolutions 7&8.
