My Bill for November came to R 1376.76 including service fee the vat should be R 192.74 i was charged R 754.22 Vat that works out to around 54.75% vat and all my previous bills are also out but only by About 1% .

ah, but it is for a good cause...intermittent power outages, street lights that don't seem to work anymore in large parts of Jhb, sub-stations that regularly blow-up because of poor or non-existent maintenance, traffic lights that go on the blink for days, cable theft etc.

Yeah - had the same prob with VAT way out of line. Three guesses as to the reaction from the really doff assistant behind the counter??!!
