Chartist, due to lack of Knowledge I do not know where to find your other thread on this share so will pose the question to you for advice under this one. You said that the warrant will expire in a few days time and that its price has risen quite handsomely since you acquired them! How do you now profit? Does Standard Bank buy the warrants back from you on expiry date or must you on that date exercise your option and buy and sell the shares to profit? The options course is as clear as mud and is confusing to a novice!

Standard Bank guarantees to make a market for their warrants (the other banks do this for their own warrants too) - i.e. they will buy it back from you (at a fair value - according to their matrices) when you wish to sell it. So there's no need to hold to expiry..
