Head and shoulders neckline

After getting AGL TA update from STd yesterday, I am a bit puzzled re location of H&S neckline. The AGL TA update shows neckline at 26300 but I get neckline at 25275 on weekly chart with almost flat neckline from 25250 on left shoulder to head transition on 12 Jan 09 & 25300 on head to right shoulder transition on 8 June 09. The Std TA seems to use points far away from their identified head to shoulder transitions to draw the neckline - surely this invalidates the H&S pattern and makes the predicted measured move invalid. As a TA novice I would appreciate some expert comment
