How do I load individual shares on Easy Trader?

How do I load individual shares on Easy Trader? I can load indices but I cant load shares, when I select the equities option then theadd button freezes. please help anyone.

open the equities tab type the share code name in to the box and press add tab and wait and wait hope that helps
