It's overbought on the daily chart.I would wait.Could pull back to about R50.Next support after that about R47.

Also retraced to 61.8% line on the fibonacci, clearly consolidating at the 61.8% resistance level. Also think a pullback in the offering.

I would put Brait at fair value right now, IMO. At these prices, Brait is trading at around 18 times EBITDA (if my thumbsuck calculator's batteries are still working) - which is roughly what the other retailers are trading at. Will it pull back - after Pick and Pay's announcement Friday, I doubt it. Pick and Pay will show almost 8% turnover growth in an environment reported to be weak and challenging. This implies the SA retail sector is stronger than we think - and is likely to get rerated again.
