Hi Vishal here is some info on Ipsa dated 29th march.Johannesburg - Independent power producer Ipsa Group intended to grow its power generation capacity in southern Africa to 5 000 megawatts within five years from one 18MW operating plant near Newcastle, it said yesterday. The company is listed on London's Alternative Investment Market as well as on AltX, the JSE's alternative exchange. That Newcastle plant has not run one single day yet! I was there this week and by the looks of it its not going to start up anytime soon. This plant was build with secondhand stuff that stood for eight years.
