you forgot: Trading experience a BIG PLUS. From what I can see its not your IT systems that have the huge holes....its an understanding of how people interface with them that is lacking...

just to clarify that...there was lots of talk of user forums....getting feedback from people who use the system every day and such like....so far nothing has come of this....IT people left unleashed just make things worse cause they are by their very nature technocrats....very few understand what is actually needed....

Hey Chartist dont complain a couple of weeks ago i *****ed about our charting software on this site and was just about Ostracised, but drop down boxes on charting tools are so last year, rather have a menu or task bar that one can swop around oh well im ranting now, cheers
