IdealCFD's vs DWT

Reply

Hi guys, I have a few questions on the above platforms. Firstly which one has the lowest spread on ALSI mini futures? I think Idealcfds is something like 30 points (R300). What is DWT's spread on avg? Secondly, is the graphing and information better on Idealcfds vs DWT. I am not sure whether its appropriate asking these questions on the OST forum. If not, pls delete. Thanks!

ja, be careful of IdealCFD's. They forcefully keep the spread at 30pts. So you are not entering into a direct futures contract trade, but rather are buying second hand from them - at a marked up price. DWT is a better bet - but they don't do mini's

DWT takes one point (R10) per contract. So a trade in and out will cost you R20 in commission. I think you need R15500 in your account for one alsi futures contract. I can recommend dwt's service...
