Increase in issued share capital

Reply
Not applicable
Hello everyone. I would like some of you to let me know what it means for the company shares if the company increase its issued share capital as the MMH AGM will shortly endorse. Would this mean increase in share value - eb cause for sure this is what we investors are itching to know.

A mere increase in issued share capital surely will dilute the existing share value, although an issue does not happen without a quid pro quo. If the issue results in a monetary value equal to the existing share value, before the issue, then no change in overall per share value. This is theoretical - the per share value might even rise.
