dutch, you opened a JSE cash account (rather then money market), and they pay lower interest and adjust at month end. I have changed it to money market (higher rate). When you next log on you will have to accept the mandate and then you will get the higher rate.

When I moved to money market, they only effected the new allocation at month end, not on accepting the mandate. I've presumed the new rate will be allocated also at month end.
