Intraday data

I'm always amazed that one can get up to the minute data on any stock anywhere in the world (except SA) on google finance with any number of technical indicators but right here in SA there is no one who offers such a service. I'm wondering what the reason for this is? Is it a cost issue or what? It would be so much easier to get an up to the minute intraday chart on any listed stock for make intraday trading easier. Am I missing something here or there somewhere that one can get this data?
