Always thought this was a R130 share , I remember how I was ridiculed for shorting it when it hit 190-200. Buying at 136? maybe for a long term hold.

I am looking at a intra day play - buy at 139 and sell at 148. Todays support at 145. In the short to medium terms.. This can drop down to 106 support area.

HEPS fell short by about 70c per share from forecasts(697 vs 767)...Results report also paints a bleak picture for future earnings based on poor economic conditions....i need to look closer but numbers look acceptable( ? dividends paid from income reserves?) and lots of expansion. I agree, for current earnings, price of about 104.55 for PE about 15(Snap at 106). But i am happy with PE just below 20 for a price about 130. I am holding and accumulating now....

look at the management, Wiese and Basson, I say buy, everything is about management, look at bad management Abil and Pinnacle, and then look at shares like Aspen, Richemonte, great management. A share with great management will NEVER be cheap, no matter what your graphs tell you, when ever was Aspen, Naspers or Richemonte cheap ? Shoprite at R 104, you got be kidding.

A good example look how massmart dropped from the 200s to 100s same story and is slowly recovering....

It is true snap, never say never......but shoprite and Massmart are two very different companies, in market and management.
