Is this a buy?

What are the underlying reasons why this is not a buy at the moment? Does the forum think this may go a bit lower? I know market sentiment and the ***** happening with Bear Stearns and the Sub prime problem may push it a bit lower. Anyone got any ideas about the price they would jump in at? Current prices look attractive to me.

Blik you asked so here's mine. The share is in a down trend which may or continue but the risk is that it does which is the most likely at this point given the direction of the trend. The share must reverse direction or show a reversal pattern before you should get excited. 2580 is good value until the share is 2000. It just isn't showing good signs of turning so it is a better short at this point.
