Is this legal by FNB?

I have notified FNB that i no longer wish to obtain my statements via email. I have been informed that in order to obtain my statements via post, i will be charged R8.00 per statement. i dont recall agreeing to this some 25 years ago. is this a rip off?

Thats just the South African way of doing things. Poor customer service and they expect you to pay for it.We dont complain enough ...
