Java Applet Failed

Having a problem with the Watchlist Ticker. My browser is Mozilla Firefox of which I have tried several versions (Even using the newer Minefield release) and made sure SBK Securities Popups are enabled and closed my firewall. The problem is that the pop up works but where the share prices and percentages should be moving across I get a big red X. Searched the internet and tried the obvious to rectify this, but to no avail. Is this perhaps an issue other people are also having?
