Dude , i am so glad i did not panic and sell . instead i took your advice and ordered several mugs of filtered coffee. AMS is getting closer to break even point for me. R17000 loss reduced to R2500 loss. Rule No 69 of Warren Buffet

Sweet. Thats the thing with a long term hold of quality shares you just stop watching it and allow the earings to compound. Thing is if that had been a gold company you would still be crying...next time stick to your stoploss.

Yip, stop losses are important. If Stop losses was triggered, i could have re-entered at R830, and bought a greater number of AMS shares.

I'm very happy on this one. Got in for a 8% divi for long hold, but accumulated extra for a nice 20% profit. Not every day you get that off a TOP100.
