Put in a bid for 1200 SHF at around 16h00 yesterday and all i got was 32 of them now I have to buy again today and pay two fees.......thats just not right

You could introduce a "fill or kill" type order. That way, the purchaser has the choice to go the current route of placing an order with the possibility of it only being partially fulfilled, or to place a "fill or kill" order whereby the order will be only fulfilled if there is a single block of shares large enough to meet the order size. In many instances, the buyer will be kept out, but at least it is his choice.

If you have a long chain of partial fill trades, would you then roll back every trade in that chain? Nope, that would not do.
