Anyone got any views on this years Lusitoland Festival...Rodizuero's food and drink was excellent....but this new rule about not being able to walk and sup was a definite negative...and the weather didnt help...

The new rule is to try and curb the under-age drinking, which has become synonomous with the festival. By placing wrist-bands on over 18 year olds and confining the drinking to allocated areas we tried to control who we were selling alcohol too. The festival is a fund-raiser for a mentally handicapped school and is meant to be a family outing and with masses amount of alcohol consumed by testorine high teenagers it becomes an unpleasant family outing. But great fun was had by all, the weather wasn't very kind but that is beyond our control.

Ya, agree Maggie... The stalls are a little same old same old... We may go every alternate year - see if anything changes.
