Liberty Int......rights issue

If shares are held in london new shareholders are been offered shares at 3.10 vs the current price of 4.00 pounds...the market dropped about 50p on the news...Does anybody have any further infomation on this transaction...what I want to know is..has the market fully priced the eanings dilutiuon and if so do you think that the price of 3.10 currently hold value...

I would imagine that the dilution has been fully priced in as soon as the market got a sniff of it, so the price you see today and any movements has the news in.
