YES i do.capital is not a share,but a property unit trust.It pays interest not dividends that are taxable in the hands of the owner of units i.e is me.So only minimal funds are with held back.Its capital growth since 2008 has been 100% ,but one mainly buys them for income...Go to http://2010plusstocktrends.blogspot .com to read further about prop unit trusts.
