Live Bid Price on CFD Page

Why does the Live Bid Price not update when I refresh my page and click live? It charges the Quote Balance but the figure does not resemble the Live Bid Price of the Share?

Difference = Market Makers Spread (0.35%). Maybe it should be added to footnote[3]
