Logical reason

Not applicable
Would it be possible for anyone to give me a logical reason as the the share price of BFS? The company is growing very fast, yes the markets have been hammered and saw their approach as to risky but now that the markets are calming down (to a degree) and the company is seeing a good return why is it not climbing? and instead plummiting? Please if anyone has answers please let me know?

The perception is that they may pick up problems with deductions directly from other African country's Government payrolls (where they operate). It remains to be seen if this will happen?
