Does anyone see any advantage in buying Mediclinic NPLs as opposed to MDC shares? Perhaps some kind of arbitrage opportunity?

Why would you want to buy a right to acquire shares if you have no intention of exercising your right because then it would expire at R0. Its like paying for a slot in a queue to buy an iPhone when you have no intention of buying the iPhone; makes no sense at all.
