Any thoughts on these two,they seem to be dropping more than the sector,in general.I would appreciate your input.A rehabiltated trader

not sure how the interest rate increase will knock woolies, they might take a hit but Im still very bullish. MSM also coming up for its divi and talks about opening sporting specialist stores all n all I think its a tad oversold and should start to move up. will be looking to get back into woolies next week and top up in msm.

if you want retail exposure at this juncture, MSM/WHL and MPC are the best bets in the sector given their defensive qualities viz. food and/or cash based sales but will not escape tighter consumer spending in coming months which will result in lower earnings growth in an overtraded sector. For my money, there are more attractive, less interest-rate sensitive opportunities elsewhere in the market.
