I think it is one of those brokers punting shares in a supposed company that is the supposed empowerment partner of mtn. Think it was done on CellC as well. I think u do end up owning the shares but at inflated levels without any control.
then again with so much detail given in the posting it might not even be the mtn Im thinking of....

at 20% discount it is still too expensive to be a truly empowerment offer. that is more my concern.., maybe they need to lock us in for longer and offer it a bit cheaper. obviously it's been decided but worth the chat!!
