15 August, court date for Turkcell issue...whatever the decision...price may take a dive but may not reach 120 but close...anyway I am not trading on this "speculation"...but I am not going to buy long term at the current prices ...was here before and still went all the way down to 100!

If the Turkcel issue is sorted then could rise to R180 and continies current div policy - but for now im in wait and see position during which period can drop to R130 levels again.

But what's sorted....turkcell wants an out of court settlement....If MTN agrees then will have to admit something....if MTN rejects it, then the fight continues and more dirt comes out...either way, not good in short term?
