Market predictor.

Hey guys sometime at the end of last year one from the chatting forum asked about the guy that is claiming to be able to predict the market. Unfortunately I have forgot that guys name and I cant find that discussion again. So anyone who knows this guy that predicts the market can he or she give me his details. In one of his articles he said to have predicted all the market crashes we have seen over the years. I think he is a professor by profession.
