Mining Shares

Guys, my outlook on mining is bleak to say the least....even if the top 40 does rally further I cannot see the mining shares joining the party? Does anyone have an opinion on this?

Is it possible for the TOPI to rally without mining?

skaaptjop, not with any conviction. Mning is more thne half the index if you include SOL. However it is possible for the Top40 to rally even with bad fundamentals.
