BP Plc, Europe's second-largest oil producer, advanced 1.1 percent to 512.5 pence. Total SA, the region's third-biggest, climbed 1.2 percent to 48.14 pence. Crude for September delivery rose as much as 83 cents, or 0.7 percent, to $115.36 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Yesterday, futures gained $1.66. Tullow Oil Plc rallied 5.5 percent to 732 pence. The U.K. explorer with the most exploration licenses in Africa was upgraded to ``buy'' from ``neutral'' at UBS AG because of future drilling potential and the possibility of takeover bids.

Yes....and why is it that the brent price on MARKET OVERVEIW is always lower than on CNN Money or other American business sites ?Take this morning we have at 109 Dollars and CNN has it on a range 112 to 116?

There seems to be a fault there as it seems to stick on one figure (eg.109.43).Another thing for OST to rectify.I use www.livecharts.co.uk as it updates every minute.
