Moving averages

I would like to start making more use of moving averages in my trading system. Which do you forumites recommend? SMA, WMA or EMA? and over which 2 periods? The default on OST seems to be 12 and 26 months? Simon which do you use in your lazy system? Thanks a lot.

S, W or E doesn't make a difference, just as long as you always use the same one .. lazy uses 15, 30, 60 ..
