The problem with that approach is that you do not know when the share is really hammered because when you think it is hammered and get in, the share can get hammered even more and your capital is then hammered for a longer time. I now do the opposite; buy high(ie the share price is rising) and sell higher. This concept is explained in depth in the latest OST educational newsletter
