When well established companies list, and don't say why they need the capital, or give any strategic direction to shareholders, other than 'we are looking for acquisitions', then I lose interest.

I won't buy into a company with that name.Why tell us they are smart and intelligent-the good companies let us find that out by ourselves.You don't have a "Clever Billiton" Or a "Brilliant Anglo American" do you?
