Hi, I would like to know if there is a time limit on a CFD contract?

No,but remember interest is charged daily on postions held so return must be balanced against this.

Skerp is right, there is no time limit or decay like with a SSF or warrant. But interest is charged on the current market value of your position - so as the price goes up - so does the interest charge. So they are best suited for short to medium term movements. But if your stock is roaring, don't let go!
