Anyone unable to load OST Charts? I have been unable to load them since yesterday. Have sent an email and I think I can expect a response in the next 12 months (if I'm luck).

And I thought I was alone with this problem. I had an IT Technician update my Java Application Software but I still cannot get charts. I now get a "security problem" message.

It is MS Windows war against virusses causing the problems. Java also became vulnerable lately. They have to plug the holes continously.

Go to Windows Explorer, click all programs, locate java and open the tab. Click on Configure Java. This would open the Java Control Panel. At the bottom in blue you will see "see security tab" click on it, it would open an Exception site list. Click edit the list. Copy the OST website address and paste it there. Voila you are done.

Many thanks! How pathetic that SB cannot convey this to their customers. Sad, sad ....
