OST Take on Balances

Reply
Not applicable
I switched my portfolio over from SASFIN to OST a few years ago - and noticed that OST brought on the balances at "zero" cost. So my gains since then show a much larger amount then they really are. Will my CGT on sale be on the proceeds less this "new" base cost? How does this work now? The call centre didn't understand this.

you should have submitted a form to OST stating cost price and date of purchase of the shares tranferred.
