I have just had 14 queries for support from OST being deleted as Not Read How do you guys get support from OST? I have some outstanding from Nov 2013 Grant Meintjies told me that they would track the queries in November last year, yet I cannot see a difference Surely this is not acceptable

No response on written queries either. Not even acknowledgment! Irritating especially if abroad.

Escalate to Ben Kruger's office. There is a customer services Manager Mrs Helene Strimling. Very efficient lady. I dealt with her on a card fraud incident for my father. Alternatively Mr Kruger's PA Susan Nicolls. Just phone HO they will give you their mail address. Not sure if they deal with OST issues directly but they surely can put you on the right track. My graphs still not working after recent Java update. Just given up I'm afraid and use Easy Trader instead. Irony is they now brag about apps for smartphone trading etc. but the bloody VW Beetle is falling to pieces.

Thank you so much I will definitely do that I have just googled for you - "go back to previous java update" and there are a number of sites giving instructions how to do that Maybe this could work for your PC setup

Tks Brainware think I tried them all but I suppose another shot at it won't hurt. Strangely I have no such problem with any other application that uses Java.

ost over promising and under delivering? another fine example why many traders have switched to more specialised brokers

Recent Java update version 7 upgrade 65 was a problem for me as well. Reverted to another computer with 7.55 still loaded. Subsequently see that Java has upgraded to 7.67 which is now working but i don't know where the problem lay.
