Are you joking!. I'll show you a site that has a duplicate site 100% in sync in another country, that has an instant failover. You actually switch between two buildings in two different states without knowing that the one building has just been washed down the toilet. You guys are so use to bad service, you just accept it is a way of life. It isn't. I'll tell you what the JSE's problem is - everything is outsourced. The minute you outsource, the quality of service goes right down the drain unless you have a mind blowing Service Level Agreement with penalties that could destroy the company that you are outsourcing too. But in SA we know things are outsourced to a friend of a friend of a friend and if they do not deliver, tough.
