Reinet charge sharehlders around @1.5% of annual NAV for management fees alone, I'd rather opt for BATS. 78% of Reinet is BATS anyway, without the hefty fees and a nice regular divi.

I agree with others that said Rem or Rei, go for an investment fund like REM or BAT. The Wiese, Moutons or Ruperts will never let their funds fall.
