Briefly: Consists of BHP'S Optimum Coal assts + Koornfontein (ex SENTULA.) 6,5mt. odd export alocation. 9,5mt odd production. (+ Koornfontein) They seek to list at up to 10,5 Billion cap. By way of comparison - Exxaro = 109*355 = 39 bil - (kumba interest (20/70*350*320.5m) = 32 billion - leaves 7 billion (and you get her base metals which she is now clearing + her mineral sands business)
