Can anyone please tell me whats going on here and why do they suspend a share?

haven;t they had a liquidation order placed against them ?? certainly they have a ton of debt and the funding turns out to have been a myth .. expect to get nothing after a very long wait ..

The 200 million funding never happened.....in conjunction with the other 200..who knows if that was a myth too
