Morning all. I own Paladin Capital shares, but donA¢A_ATt quite understand the whole unbundling of Curro and delisting of PLD. They are offering Curro and PSG shares. Will it be advisable to sell Paladin shares now and take profit or hold and get PSG and Curro shares instead? Any views?

depends on how long your investment time horizon is.currently you can buy psg cheaper than what the offer is....and once every tom,***** and harry has received his shares they will want to exit their position.look at what happen to sim/village...

Sure - PALADIN is actually a business (or rather the underlying investments are.) BUT I struggle to see anything worth owning in this company. AND then there is this odd procedure of PSG's of: listing - dumping COH at an insanely high price - and then pulling back the rest of the assets - it casts doubts over the valuation in the first place.
