Pathetic service continues

Simon, I have been trying to close my position on your website for the last 13 mins, all I get is this message...."Could not request the order. Please try again." I presume you will compensate me for any losses as a result of this. Secondly I have once again been on hold to your call centre for 10 mins and "All your consultants are currently busy" again! Not only does this paltform not offer what others do, but the basics don't seem to work either! Does anyone in OST think this is an issue?
