Payments to minorities?

Is anyone else suspicious of the continual SENS announcements with promises to pay minorities? It's been going on for over a year. Last announcement was on 12 Sept 2013 saying it'll be 7 days. It's now more than a month later. One would think that 7 days means the money just needs to flow, not that a whole new deal needs to be worked out.

I get the same feeling...been checking up a lot on this company and it doesn't make nice reading....at what price did you get in? .....i bought some a while ago but i cannot find the sens where they talk about who will be paid?....is it to all current shareholders?

can't even remember the prices I paid, average about 14c I think. The majority shareholders were meant to pay minorities. Several sens announcements, none were honoured.
